Luigi Monti is an Italian painter based in Ancona. Immediately after completing his art studies, he dedicated himself to abstract painting. He held his first solo exhibition in 1990 at the "Ca Bianca Club" in Milan. After his beginnings in abstraction, he shifted toward figurative art, developing a personal style that blends technical exploration with contemporary sensibility. He has participated in numerous exhibitions in Italy and abroad, distinguishing himself through the versatility of his work. Alongside his painting, he has worked as a cartoonist for the cultural website ICREWPLAY and has designed logos and music album covers. In 2018, he completely changed his style, bringing a vibrant renewal to Pop Art by blending it with psychedelia. Thus, "Pop Art Psy" was born—a fusion of altered perception and the pop imagery of animation.
