Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch and Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once the order has been dispatched, the risk of loss or delay passes to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Failed Delivery and Uncollected Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

  • failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s designated collection period,

  • absence at the delivery address without subsequent action to arrange redelivery or collection,

  • provision of incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery information by the customer,

the order shall be deemed undelivered due to customer fault.

Such cases do not constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Return Shipping Fee

Where a parcel is returned due to customer fault as described above, we reserve the right to charge a return shipping and handling fee of €10.

This amount will be deducted from any refund due, or invoiced separately if no refund is otherwise payable.
