I’m Simone Hübner-Schwinn, an artist based in Saarbrücken, Germany, and the creative mind behind “Pappmone.” Using paper, wire, paint, and fabric, I create expressive papier-mâché figures inspired by music, pop culture, and fairy tales. Each piece is a handcrafted original with its own personality, lovingly crafted details, and a touch of humour. Through my figures, I hope to tell stories, touch hearts, and bring a smile.
